At Decoro, customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange products according to the following terms:

Product Exchange

Exchanges are made only for orders within Greece.

• Return Deadline: Products can be returned within fourteen (14) working days from the date of receipt.
• Product Condition: Products must be returned in their original condition, without damage or alterations, with all original tags, packaging.
• Exchange Cost: The first exchange for each order is free. For each subsequent exchange of the same order, a shipping charge of €5.00 per shipment will be automatically applied.
• Exchange Procedure: You will first need to contact our customer service department either by phone, through social media, or via email at [email protected] so we can register the new products you wish to receive. The process takes place with a parcel exchange via courier, either at your location or at the nearest shipping company's office that serves your area.
• General Terms: Discount coupons do not apply to exchanges, and the products you choose for exchange/order will be delivered at the purchase price listed on the e-shop at the time the exchange/order is completed.

Refund

• Return Deadline: Products can be returned within fourteen (14) working days from the date of receipt.
• Product Condition: Products must be returned in their original condition, without damage or alterations, with all original tags, packaging.
• Return Cost: The shipping costs for returning the products are borne by the customer.
• Return Procedure: The shipment must be made with one of the collaborating courier companies (ACS, Box Now or Courier Center) with the recipient paying for the initial charges. The refund will cover only the value of the products, from which an amount of €5 will be deducted for the shipping costs. For orders paid via debit/credit card, PayPal, or Klarna, the refund will be made to the respective account.
• General Terms: If the product is not returned in its original condition, we will inform you of the inability to refund and will proceed with returning the parcel at the cost of shipping. If you wish to return the product through a different courier company, beyond the suggested ones, the shipment must be made with the sender bearing the cost.

Return of Products to Cyprus

• Return Deadline: Products can be returned within fourteen (14) working days from the date of receipt.
• Product Condition: Products must be returned in their original condition, without damage or alterations, with all original tags, packaging.
• Return Cost: The shipping costs for returning the products are borne by the customer.
• Return Procedure: The shipment must be made with the collaborating courier company BoxNow, with the recipient paying for the initial charges. The refund will cover only the value of the products, from which an amount of €5 will be deducted for the shipping costs. For orders paid via debit/credit card or PayPal, the refund will be made to the respective account.
• General Terms: If the product is not returned in its original condition, we will inform you of the inability to refund and will proceed with returning the parcel at the cost of shipping. If you wish to return the product through a different courier company, beyond the suggested ones, the shipment must be made with the sender bearing the cost.

Return via BOX NOW

If you have received your order via Box Now or Box Now Cyprus, you can return your order via any locker that suits you. You will need to enter the 10-digit shipping number of the package at the locker that suits you and place the package inside.
The refund will cover only the value of the products, from which €3 will be deducted for shipping costs & €5.50 for shipments via Box Now Cyprus.

Credit Voucher

• Credit vouchers are issued in cases where the customer returns their order within 14 days but does not wish to immediately replace the products or receive a refund. The value of the voucher will correspond to the value of the returned products. The voucher will be sent via email after the returned items have passed the necessary quality control.
• The credit voucher can be used exclusively online, at any time, and the total value of the products of the new order must be equal to or greater than the value of the voucher.

Underwear Exchange Policy

Due to the sensitive nature of underwear, the exchange of these products is subject to the following strict conditions:

• Exchange Conditions: To accept an underwear exchange request, the products must be returned in their original condition, without damage or alterations, with all original accompanying items (tags, packaging).
• Return Procedure: The hand-to-hand process is not valid. The customer is responsible for returning the product within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. The shipment must be made exclusively with one of the collaborating courier companies (ACS) and at the recipient's expense.
• Quality Control: After receiving the product, our team will carry out a detailed quality control. If the product meets all the conditions mentioned above, we will proceed with sending the new product or refunding your money.
• Non-Acceptance of Exchange/Return: If the product has been used or does not meet the exchange terms as described, our store reserves the right not to proceed with the process. The product will be returned to the customer, who will bear the shipping costs.
• General Terms: For orders that include products combined with lingerie sets, the underwear exchange policy will apply to the entire order as a whole.
• Accessories: No returns or exchanges are made for hygiene reasons. Unless it is a defective product.

2+1 Free Offer

• In case of a refund, all 3 products of the offer must be returned.
• In case of an exchange, the gift can also be exchanged.
• The 2+1 Free offer applies only to new orders and cannot be applied to exchanges.
