2+1 OFFER

The 2+1 Offer applies in accordance with the specific terms displayed on the website from time to time and applies to new orders in which the customer selects products participating in the promotion. When purchasing three (3) products, the product with the lowest value is provided free of charge.
When purchasing six (6) products, the two (2) products with the lowest value are provided free of charge.
When purchasing nine (9) products, the three (3) products with the lowest value are provided free of charge.
The same ratio applies accordingly to larger quantities of products. For the purposes of applying the offer, the value of the free product is distributed proportionally across all products participating in the offer.
As a result, none of the products appears with a final value of €0.00. Instead, each product is assigned its own proportionally reduced final price.
The final value of each product after application of the offer is shown in the order confirmation sent by email and on the receipt/invoice. The customer selects three products with the following values:

• Product A: €30.00
• Product B: €25.00
• Product C: €20.00

The total original value is €75.00.
The product with the lowest value is Product C (€20.00); therefore, the total amount payable by the customer is €55.00.
The €20.00 promotional benefit is distributed proportionally across all three products. Each product is therefore shown at its respective reduced final value, with the total amounting to €55.00. The 2+1 Offer may be taken into account for an exchange only if it was applied to the original order and remains active at the time of the exchange.
The 2+1 Offer cannot be applied for the first time during the exchange process if it was not applied to the original order.
Provided that the offer remains active, the customer may exchange any of the products included in the original promotion, as each product has its own proportionally reduced value.
If the new product has a higher value than the value of the product being replaced, the difference is payable in accordance with the exchange procedure. If a product purchased as part of the 2+1 Offer is returned, the refund is calculated based on the actual final value of that specific product, as shown in the order and on the receipt/invoice.
If all three products included in the offer are returned, the total amount actually paid for the three products will be refunded in accordance with the applicable Returns Policy and after deduction of the relevant return cost. The 2+1 Offer cannot be combined with discount coupons or other promotions unless the specific terms of the relevant promotional campaign expressly state that such a combination is permitted.
Where combination with a discount coupon is permitted, the specific terms stated for the relevant promotion will apply.
